All prices are F.O.B. our nursery, Nineveh, New York. A purchase order or written order and a 25% deposit is required to hold an order. The balance is due upon delivery and may be paid in cash or by check. Net 10 day or 30 day payment schedules may be extended to customers who have established credit with Enchanted Gardens. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged to accounts over 30 days.

Customers are encouraged to pick up their plant orders from our nursery. Truck delivery costs are based on the size of the order and the round trip travel distance. Please call for a quote regarding delivery costs. Orders picked up or delivered within the state of New York will be charged 7% sales tax unless a New York or Federal sales Tax Exemption Certificate is submitted to us.

When you pick up your plant material, please remember to bring a strong tarp (preferably vented) and some rope. This will enable you to cover and secure the plants while in transit. Should you have questions about space requirements for transporting the plant material, please call. All plants are guaranteed to be alive and healthy upon delivery or shipment. No other implied or written warranty is offered. We will gladly correct any error made if we are notified in writing within 10 days of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after plants have been accepted and/or planted. In all instances, liability will be limited to a credit refund, or replacement of the stock at our option.

We do not guarantee the survival of plants on wholesale purchases. Good site preparation, proper wetland hydrology, and proper planting are required for success. Our nursery staff will gladly provide you with free advice regarding planting and care of the wetland plants and seeds. We invite you to inspect our plants and nursery facilities before you order.

Enchanted Gardens cannot be held responsible for acts of God, vandalism, predation, flooding, drought, or other events or conditions beyond our control.

Enchanted Gardens encourages ordering in advance, these orders are accepted with the understanding that crop damage and losses due to other natural causes are beyond our control.

Plastic Pots and Our Recycling Policy

To encourage recycling, and keep our costs down, Enchanted Gardens requests that repeat customers return the plastic pots and trays from an order when picking up a new order. If we are delivering an order to you, please have the used pots ready to load onto our truck. Infrequent or one time customers can call our office to arrange for us to pick up pots when we are in your area. Thank You!
